Notice of Vacancy


  1. Interested applicants are required to submit the following documents. Kindly be advised that we will only accept applications with complete requirements:
    1. Application Letter Download Application Letter Format - 3 original copies.
    2. Duly accomplished and notarized Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212 Revised 2017) - 3 original copies printed in long size (8.5 x 13 inches) bond paper and should be dated between the Date of Publication and Deadline for Submission of Application indicated in the posting of vacant position/s on the CTA Website.

    3. Relevant Work Experience Sheet.  Download Work Experience Sheet - 3 original copies.
    4. Photocopy of Transcript of Records or Diploma.
    5. Photocopy of PSA issued Birth Certificate, and Marriage Certificate.
    6. Photocopy of Civil Service Commission (CSC) Eligibility or valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license/ Rating Sheet and Certificate of Membership in the Philippine BAR, if applicable.
    7. Photocopy of the certificate of participation/completion of RELEVANT learning and development (L&D) interventions/training programs attended.
    8. Applicant from other government agency, Performance Rating for the last rating period.
  2. Submit all required physical documentary requirements through the address below:
