Notice of Vacancy


  1. Interested applicants are required to submit the following documents. Kindly be advised that we will only accept applications with complete requirements:

    2. Duly accomplished and notarized Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212 Revised 2017).

    4. Photocopy of Transcript of Records or Diploma.
    5. Photocopy of Civil Service Commission (CSC) Eligibility or valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.
    6. Photocopy of the certificate of participation/completion of RELEVANT learning and development (L&D) interventions/training programs attended.
    7. Photocopy of Performance Rating (if applicable)
